BIG FISH
St. Olaf College Theater, Northfield, MN
The scenic/media designer created a set comprised of large storybooks. The central focus of the stage was the large 24'x12' open story book. I then created illustrations in order to transport the audience to each setting. We were seeking an illustrative lining style with loose and gestural color.

DAMN YANKEES

The media designer wanted to create simplistic and stylistic images inspired by 1960s mod wallpaper to create the scenes in the almost concert-like production. While continually consulting with the designer, I created these images by hand and then digitally manipulated them. The images played with wall paper textures, image noise, and desaturation.
